Artisan Distillers had the product and the momentum. Interest in zero-alcohol spirits was growing, and early tastings were generating real traction with trade. But the packaging hadn't kept pace.

Multiple SKUs were competing against each other at shelf rather than working together, making it difficult for distributors and retailers to quickly understand what the brand stood for, who it was for, and why it deserved a premium price.

The brief was to bring clarity and confidence to a growing range without starting from scratch.

We rebuilt the brand and packaging system around one question: does this make the range easier to understand, or harder? Category signals were sharpened. The range was restructured to read as one coherent offer. Every product found its role within a clear whole.
